This past weekend, our Knights of Columbus council had the privilege of celebrating the mothers of our parish community in a small but heartfelt way.
After each Mass on Mother’s Day weekend, members of the council distributed flowers to every mother in attendance as a token of gratitude, appreciation, and love. It was a simple gesture, but one that carried a meaningful reminder: mothers are a tremendous blessing to our families, our Church, and our community.
We are deeply thankful for all mothers, grandmothers, godmothers, stepmothers, adoptive mothers, spiritual mothers, and all women who lovingly care for others with generosity and sacrifice each day. Your faith, strength, compassion, and devotion help shape the next generation and reflect Christ’s love in countless ways.

A special thank you goes out to all of the brother Knights, parish volunteers, and everyone who helped organize and support this effort throughout the weekend. Events like these are only possible because of the willingness of so many people to serve quietly and faithfully behind the scenes.
Most importantly, we thank all of the mothers in our parish community. We hope this small gift brightened your day and reminded you how appreciated you truly are.
May God continue to bless all mothers, living and deceased, and may the Blessed Virgin Mary continue to intercede for and guide them always.
Happy Mother’s Day! 🌷
